Chikalthana Plant
    
  • Established in 1986 and commenced production in 1987.
  • All financial work is handled through this plant.
  • All departments’ HODs are available at this plant.
  • It has manufacturing capacity to process 2000 Metric Tones of raw material per year.
  • Land area of 8200 sq.mtr.
  • Built up area of 2640 sq.mtr.
  • Having own research & development center and Laboratory.
  • Well structured organization with 185 people.
  • Having advanced machineries includes CNC coiling and grinding machines as well as in-house built IDC/ODC/Heat treatment machines.
  • All other manufacturing facilities are adequately installed so as to meet the growing market requirements.
  • This plant produces variety of springs from 0.30 mm to 7.00 mm for various applications.
  • These various applications includes:
    • Engine valves
    • Fuel Injections
    • Clutches (Damper and Pressure)
    • Gearboxes
    • Breaking Systems
    • Other transmission systems for 2W as well as 4W segments.
    • Springs for Indian Railways.
    • Springs for pneumatic compressors and actuators.
  
 
Waluj Plant
    
 

  • Established in 2003.
  • It has manufacturing capacity to process 4000 Metric Tones of raw material per year.
  • Land area of 4100 sq.mtr.
  • Built up area of 1000 sq.mtr.
  • Well structured organization with 75 people.
  • Having advanced machineries includes coiling and grinding machines heat treatment machines.
  • This plant produces variety of springs from 2.60 mm to 13.00 mm for various applications.
  • These various applications includes:
    • Front Suspension for 2W & 3W.
    • Rear Suspension for 2W & 3W.
    • Valve actuators
    • Tractors
    • Springs for Indian Railways.
  
 
Testing Facility / Lab Facility
    
 


We are having testing lab equipped with latest instruments for chemical testing as well as physical testing of raw material as well as springs. In this lab raw material is tested for various conditions before coiling to assure the quality/strength of raw material.
We are having latest testing equipments for load / balance checking of springs.

  
 
Tool Room & Machine Building
    
 


We have equipped our skilled and highly motivated professionals with the latest in technology to make certain they deliver the best. Thus we are constantly updating our facilities to ensure that we are always on the cutting edge of technology. Our Design, Tool room and machine building facilities comprises of advanced technology.

With the help of various computers aided designs softwares our professionals are able to design tools that facilitate in the production of quality springs as well as new developments of machines, accordingly in tool room the tools are manufactured with the help of advanced machines.

We have designed and developed some of our existing machines. Like we have developed Automatic O. D. Chamfering Machine, Pneumatic Setting Machine, Cold Setting Machines and Spiral Spring Coiling Machine.
